Job Title: Legal Assistant - Wills & Probate
Location: Chandler's Ford
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

This is a great opportunity for a Legal Assistant with at least one year of experience in wills and probate to join a friendly, busy team. You'll gain hands-on exposure to private client matters while developing your career in a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Private Client team across a range of matters: Develop your legal knowledge and technical skills
• Prepare and draft legal documents: Build confidence with will drafting and estate administration
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders: Strengthen your communication and client care skills
• Assist with file management and compliance: Gain practical experience in legal processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Wills & Probate Legal Assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A genuine interest in private client law and career progression in this area
