Legal Assistant - Dispute Resolution
Location: Hedge End
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Capio Recruitment are exclusively partnered with a fantastic regional law firm who are seeking a Legal Assistant with experience in dispute resolution.

You’ll join a busy and supportive team with real potential for progression — including the opportunity to be considered for a training contract. Gain hands-on experience, develop practical legal skills, and work closely with experienced solicitors in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the dispute resolution team on a varied caseload: Build strong foundations in litigation
• Draft legal documents and correspondence: Sharpen your technical skills
• Assist with client enquiries and case management: Develop confidence and client-facing experience
• Maintain accurate records and prepare court bundles: Get involved in practical aspects of dispute resolution

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (ideally in litigation)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• A genuine interest in dispute resolution and a desire to progress in legal practice
