Willsons Solicitors have an enviable reputation and have a wonderful team of 40 + staff across their departments in Family, Care, Civil, Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Commercial Law.

We currently have a position for a Legal Secretray/ Legal Support Assistant in their Conveyancing Department.

Legal Support Assistant

Due to increased work, Willsons have an opportunity within their residential conveyancing department for a support member of staff who is conversant with conveyancing legal procedure, drafting contracts, obtaining office copy entries and dealing with digital dictation, taking phone calls, speaking with clients, and working with the fee earner in all areas of the conveyancing transaction including post completion.

Essential

• Diary management
• Experience using a case management system/CRM
• Ensure all files are up to date with emails, time recording and file notes
• Experience of working at a fast pace when urgent matters arise
• Experience in audio typing
• Deal with telephone calls
