TSR Legal is proud to be working with a well-regarded and expanding law firm based in Pontypridd, who are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing Administration Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a welcoming, supportive firm that is committed to growth and development.

The Role

As a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing Support Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing department as a whole. This is a centralised, administration-focused role that allows the fee earners to work more efficiently, and although generally non-client facing, your work is critical to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issuing contracts and preparing legal documents
• Ordering property searches
• Preparing files for exchange and completion
• Handling post-completion tasks, including Land Registry submissions
• Ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently

About You:

• Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A team player who can work effectively in a busy, collaborative environment
• Confident using case management systems and general office software
