Family Law Assistant (Part-Time) – Great Yarmouth

We are delighted to offer a new opportunity for a Part-Time Family Law Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Great Yarmouth. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive and friendly family law team, working 3–4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audio and copy typing from digital dictation
• Preparing court bundles and legal documentation
• Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
• Photocopying, scanning, and general document handling
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the family law team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within Family Law
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
