We are currently working with a well-regarded law firm based in SW18, who are seeking a Property Legal Assistant with strong post-completion experience to join their busy Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional environment with modern offices and a collaborative team culture.

The role involves handling all aspects of post-exchange and post-completion work, including submitting SDLT forms, preparing AP1s for Land Registry, requesting mortgage funds, and redeeming mortgages. You’ll liaise with clients, agents, and third parties, manage file closures, and assist with general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Residential Property, strong attention to detail, and confidence using legal software. Good communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently are essential.
