We are representing an outstanding law firm in Birmingham that is seeking a Legal Team Assistant to join their corporate team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to be a central support figure within a busy corporate legal team.

• Manage and organise diaries for team members, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation of meetings.
• Plan and book meetings, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide support with overflow work, stepping in to assist with various tasks as needed.
• Handle document scanning and other administrative tasks as required.
• Prioritise workload and manage diaries for specific team members, ensuring optimal productivity.
• Act as a central support point for the team, maintaining stability and continuity in daily operations.

• Proven experience as a PA/EA or in a similar role within a legal environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Dependable and reliable, often seen as the backbone of the team.
