An excellent opportunity has become available for a skilled legal assistant to join a highly respected commercial litigation team within a well-established law firm. This role is perfect for someone with over 1 year of experience in a similar position, looking to take the next step in their legal career.

The Role
You’ll be supporting a dynamic commercial litigation department that handles a broad range of disputes across both personal and business matters. Working closely with senior team members, including partners, you'll contribute to the smooth running of cases and play an integral role in client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting with contractual and consumer disputes
• Assisting on property and landlord/tenant matters
• Managing debt recovery cases
• Supporting in professional negligence claims
• Drafting documents, liaising with clients, and maintaining case files
