We are working with a highly regarded, award-winning law firm that is known for doing things differently. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Commercial Property team in Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong academic background and a passion for property law to work closely with a senior lawyer, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic setting.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 6 months’ experience at a well-regarded law firm and demonstrate a proactive and organised approach to work. The role will be varied, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing correspondence and legal documents
• Conducting property searches
• Assisting with file openings and closures
• Supporting with post-completion tasks such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Managing document organisation and administrative support

The workload will be primarily non-contentious and commercial in nature, with some exposure to high-value residential transactions as well.

This role would suit a self-motivated and diligent Legal Assistant who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected and progressive legal environment.
