• Salary: £23,500 - £27,000 DOE plus Fee Earner Bonus

Develop your legal career with a highly successful Real Estate department that has experienced substantial growth due to an excellent reputation in residential development. We are looking for a Plot Sales Supervisor who thrives on managing a high volume of files from start to finish and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. This is a junior fee earning role and ideal for anyone looking to start a career in law or a step up from a legal secretary/conveyancing position for a Legal 500 Firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act on behalf of developers, managing the sale of around 150 new homes annually.
• Assist with setting up all legal documents and sales packs, issuing these within agreed timescales upon each new home reservation.
• Address all enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure contracts are exchanged within client deadlines.
• Complete each sale smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain seamless communication with clients and purchasers' solicitors throughout the transaction process.
• Prepare and amend a variety of legal documents ensuring accuracy and formatting standards are met.
• Open, maintain, and close client files in compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering checks and due diligence procedures.
• Produce bills and financial documentation, liaising with accounts to manage funds on account and disbursement queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in residential conveyancing is an advantage.
• Ability to handle numerous files from inception through to completion.
• A talent for hitting targets and maintaining high standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A personable, enthusiastic, and confident manner with excellent customer service ability.
• The capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
