My prestigious Wolverhampton based client is looking for an organised, proactive Legal Assistant to join our busy office and support a fee earner handling residential sale and purchase files.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients.

Key Duties

* Supporting a fee earner with all aspects of conveyancing transactions

* Managing sale and purchase files from instruction to completion

* Preparing sale and purchase completion statements and handling all pre‑completion requirements

* Communicating with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors

* Ensuring deadlines are met and matters progress efficiently

* Providing a professional, personable and reassuring client experience

Experience required

* Previous experience in conveyancing legal support role

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

* Confident communication and a friendly, client-focused approach

* Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
