Legal Associate, NQ - 3 PQE - Financial Services

The Legal Associate will play a crucial role in reviewing and advising on commercial contracts alongside adherence to regulations within the financial services industry. Description

• Review and draft commercial agreements and policies.
• Conduct regulatory assessments and monitor compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on financial services-related matters.
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and communicate updates internally.
• Assist in managing relationships with regulators and external legal counsel.
• Support risk management processes and internal audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all legal activities

Profile

The successful applicant:

• NQ - 2 PQE
• Experience in commercial and compliance work within the financial services sector
• Proficiency in reviewing and drafting legal documentation.
• Familiarity with UK financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Offer

• Salary between £60,000 and £110,000 depending on candidate experience
• Permanent position within the financial services industry, offering stability and growth opportunities
