Legal Cashier – Office-Based
Wrexham, North Wales
Full-time or Part-time

We are a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in Wrexham, North Wales, looking to expand our friendly and supportive cashiering team with the addition of an experienced Legal Cashier.
In this office-based role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant handling of all financial transactions. It’s a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in legal cashiering who’s ready to take the next step in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process client and office account transactions in line with SRA regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Handle payments, receipts, and transfers while following AML procedures
Work with fee earners and support staff to resolve queries
Uphold internal financial controls and procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Legal Cashier in a law firm (minimum 1–2 years)
Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
Proficiency in legal accounts software (experience with Solicitors Own Software is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
