What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling a wide range of financial transactions including processing payments (BACS, CHAPS, faster payments)
• Managing client and office account reconciliations with precision and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and internal financial procedures
• Collaborating with legal teams and support staff to resolve queries and keep things running smoothly
• Supporting key month-end and year-end finance activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Legal Cashier is ideal, but we’re also keen to hear from those with a background in banking, finance, or cashiering within another sector
• Solid understanding of financial processes and a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with legal accounting or finance software would be beneficial (but not essential – full training provided)
• A positive, proactive attitude with great communication and organisational skills
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment
