Are you an experienced Legal Cashier looking to join a respected and established practice?

The successful candidate will ensure all financial transactions are processed in accordance with SRA Accounts Rules, Money Laundering Regulations, and internal compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately recording and processing financial transactions across client and office accounts
• Performing daily and regular bank reconciliations
• Managing payments including electronic transfers, petty cash, and disbursements
• Administering deposit accounts and calculating client interest as required
• Assisting with transfers between accounts and maintaining up-to-date records
• Supporting compliance and internal audits through accurate data handling and adherence to procedures
• Providing guidance to team members on finance protocols and SRA regulations

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier within a legal or professional services environment
• Strong working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and best practice in legal finance
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with accuracy
• Confidence using legal finance software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
