Legal Cashier

I'm working with a fast-scaling legal tech business that’s on a mission to make legal support more accessible and affordable for everyone. Combining regulated human lawyers with the world’s first AI lawyer specifically built for consumer legal work, this company is changing the game in the legal services space. Following a significant Series A funding round (one of the largest in Europe this year), they’re entering an exciting growth phase and are now looking to hire a Legal Cashier to join their finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience as a Legal Cashier in a busy law firm who’s looking to join a modern, forward-thinking environment. You'll take ownership of processing incoming and outgoing payments, updating ledgers, handling solicitor queries, and supporting CMA reconciliations. With a growing volume of transactions and an expanding user base of lawyers and clients, this is a fast-paced role that will continue to evolve.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be exceptionally well organised, and bring confidence in managing multiple workflows. Given the company’s tech-driven nature, being comfortable with digital tools and curious about startups will go a long way. If you're used to working in a structured legal finance environment but want to apply those skills somewhere more dynamic and mission-led, this is a fantastic next step.
