Legal Cashier

Sheridan Maine are pleased to be partnering with a long standing firm in Basingstoke who are currently seeking a Legal Cashier to join their team!

As Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for a range of duties including;

• Ensuring accurate financial transactions are recorded
• Performing daily bank reconciliations
• Processing supplier payments
• Taking payments and allocating to client accounts
• Preparing and sending out cheques
• Dealing with payment and invoice queries
• Undertaking account reconciliations
• Assisting with month end duties and reporting

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Prior experience working as a legal cashier
• Competent IT skills
• Good communication skills both written and verbally
• Highly organised approach to work
• The ability to meet deadlines
