What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing billings and completions with precision and efficiency
• Liaising directly with fee earners to ensure smooth financial transactions and client account handling
• Posting bank statements, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
• Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with SRA regulations

What we’re looking for:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Legal Cashier position, ideally within a busy law firm
• A strong understanding of client account management, including completions and liaising with fee earners
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence in using your initiative and communicating effectively across departments
• A positive, enthusiastic approach to your work and a commitment to high standards
