About the Role:

Playing a key role on our Finance team, we're looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to help manage our financial accounts as our volume of transactions continues to grow, and as we onboard more customers and lawyers to our platform.

What You'll Do:

• Input inbound payments into the ledger throughout the day

• Process all payment requests and queue for payment

• On completion of payment, ensure the ledger is up to date

• Request approval for and prepare internal ledger payments and refunds, and maintain those records

• Update ledgers for all on-account disbursement services each week and maintain those records

• Answer inbound queries from consultant solicitors by phone and message

• Supporting on CMA reconciliations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier at a busy lawfirm

• Curiosity about tech startups and tech savvy

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
