Legal Cashier

White Raven Resourcing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable and well -established law firm based in Warrington Town Centre. Our client is seeking a Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and professional team.

This opportunity would suit candidates with extensive experience within an accounts department, even if they have not previously worked within a law firm.

Requirements

• Processing receipts and payments
  
• Managing client and office account transactions
  
• Handling bank reconciliations and daily banking
  
• Posting bills, transfers, and financial adjustments
  
• Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
  
• Assisting with month -end and year -end processes
  
• Supporting audits and general accounts administration
  

• Proven experience working within an accounts or finance department
  
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  
• Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  
• Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines
  
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  
• Previous legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
