This role will see the successful candidate take the lead on all payments and finances within the firm, supported by an Accounts Assistant. Completing a range of works from VAT returns to client billings, this varied role will require professional communication and a developed understanding of Solicitors Account Rules.

The Role:

• Monitor, process and organise office and client payments on time
• Oversee all Payroll duties, ensuring all employees are paid correctly
• Manage general account queries directly with clients and sensitively navigate concerns
• Liaise with external organisations to organise bank reconciliation

The Person:

• Knowledge of the Solicitors Account Rules is advantageous
• Proven experience in a similar role
