What you’ll do

• Research complex legal questions in international jurisdictions and a dynamic area of global finance

• Draft advice with a focus on solutions

• Lead major legal projects across the Group

• Partner with the Compliance and Executive teams in managing relationships with regulatory authorities relevant to the Group 

• Proactively collaborate in cross-functional project teams and provide regulatory guidance 

What you need to have

• Strong academics - undergraduate law degree with a passion for law and its application in business

• At least 1 year of experience in financial regulatory laws, preferably in a fintech setting 

• Excellent ability to use your legal knowledge to advise the business in meeting its objectives and navigating the regulatory environment

• Be a self-starter with a strong drive to deliver complete end results with unwavering attention to detail

• Hands-on, curious approach to stay ahead of the ever-changing legal landscape

Nice to have

• International experience (work or studies)

• Knowledge of MiFID II
