Legal Counsel

Provide expert legal advice across consumer law, commercial transactions, and regulatory frameworks for innovative consumer hardware, software, and services. Lead on structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex commercial agreements, including partnerships and industry collaborations. Work cross-functionally with product, legal, and business teams to launch and manage P&S effectively across our global footprint. A qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK or another European jurisdiction with in-house or top-tier private practice experience. Experienced in advising on consumer-facing products/services and independently handling complex commercial transactions. A clear communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels across legal and commercial audiences. Able to balance multiple priorities and deliver pragmatic, business-aligned legal advice under tight deadlines. Passionate about technology, customer innovation, and building a connected digital future.
