Legal Counsel

Job Description

What you will be doing:
You will be working alongside the Head of Legal – Commercial to support Company’s strategic goal to co-term its customer contracts.
The role will involve advising, drafting and negotiating across a variety of commercial matters including SaaS agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), and data processing agreements (DPAs), among others
Supervise associate counsels / contract managers as needed on specific legal matters or projects.

Desirable experience:
A minimum of 5PQE as a commercial lawyer.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organization, execution and project management skills.
