Legal Counsel - Commercial / Corporate - Energy Hybrid

This is a Legal Counsel position for a junior-to-mid level lawyer with experience of advising on matters relating to the energy sector.

Description

Wide ranging commercial, corporate and projects work relating to the financing, development and running of an increasingly large portfolio of energy assets.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a solicitor, qualified in England & Wales.

They will be likely to have at least 2 years of post qualification experience.

Pre-requisite:

Commercial, corporate or projects expertise gained either in-house with a reputable brand within a the energy or power generation sector.

The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
