Legal Counsel Family Office

Our client is a multi-family private investment office offering investments and wealth management advice to high net-worth individuals. In line with business growth they are looking to bring in their first exclusively legal hire. Reporting into the Head of Legal & Compliance you will work closely with the business to provide critical legal advice across a broad range of areas including both fund formation and transactional legal support. This will suit a pro-active self starter who is able to take the lead on projects, thrives on learning new things and is keen to continue to expand their skill set within a dynamic environment.

With at least 5 years PQE you will be a funds lawyer with PE funds expertise who is used to working in a fast-paced setting. Additional exposure to regulated funds experience will make your application further stand out, in particular AIFMD or UCITS. Although most important is the culture fit – this role is perfect for a lawyer with the intellectual curiosity to take responsibility for a broad variety of work and the desire to continually develop.
