Legal Counsel - Property

Description

• Provide legal advice on property-related matters, including leases, acquisitions, and licences.
• Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements in line with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations within the technology and telecoms sector.
• Offer legal support for property disputes and liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Assist with due diligence processes for property acquisitions or divestment's.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to property transactions.
• Support internal teams with legal guidance on property-related projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property-related legal activities.

Profile

A successful Legal Counsel - Property should have:

• UK Qualified with a minimum of 2/3 years PQE
• Experience in property law, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate legal agreements with precision.
• A strong understanding of property compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing legal risks and responsibilities.
