Legal Director - Employment Law

AJ Chambers is working with a boutique, commercial practice based in the City of London and they are currently recruiting for an Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their employment law team.

You’ll be part of a highly successful and experienced team ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500, working in sectors such as tech, pharma and financial services, operating with both claimant and respondent clients.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll also be required to mentor and supervise junior members of staff.

Key aspects:

• Senior exec work
• Grievance and disciplinary matters
• Discrimination and whistleblowing issues
• Assisting with litigation in employment tribunals
