Job Description - Legal EA needed in the City

We are currently looking for an EA from a Legal background to join an established city firm. This is a hybrid role and is paying 43k. This position will look after 8 fee earners at all levels, usual PA duties mixed with a lot of Billing and financial management in the role.

The role

- Prepares variety of legal documents

- Maintains regular communication with clients

- Schedules depositions

- Organise and archives files and supporting documents

- Travel and diary management

- Ad hoc Admin
