About the Role

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Haywards Heath who are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Executive Assistant to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional EA who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys providing high-level administrative and organisational support.

Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive EA support to senior fee earners and partners
Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
Handling client communications with professionalism and discretion
Maintaining accurate filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
Assisting with billing, time recording, and expense management
Organising meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation
Supporting wider team administration where required

About You

Previous experience as a Legal EA, Legal Secretary, or Executive Assistant within a law firm
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
