Legal Entity Controller

• Legal Entity Control Manager
• Broker / £70-75,000
• Central London (3 days in office)

Our client is a rapidly growing Forex and CFD's broker and following a restructure, are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

Your role:

• Responsible for financial control and reporting for both regulated entities and cost centres.
• Produce month end management accounting packs for senior management.
• Review P&L and balance sheet on a regular basis.
• Prepare FCA regulatory returns for the UK as well as possibly for other jurisdictions.
• Responsible for year end accounts as well as dealing with the audit and taxation work.

Your skills and qualifications:

• A qualified accountant or Finalist with a few years gained in financial services - ideally Forex or a similar trading environment.
• Varied accounting experience and strong data manipulation skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
