• Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to fee earners across multiple departments.
• Manage legal files, including opening, closing, and archiving.
• Assist with billing, time recording, and cost tracking.
• Draft and format legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and arrange travel.
• Liaise with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently.
• Support with contract management and document review.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a legal support role (legal admin, paralegal, or similar).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with legal billing and file management systems is a plus.

• £26,000 – £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
