Finance Systems Manager – Legal Sector (Global Scope)

This is a rare opportunity to join an international law firm with a global footprint and a warm, collaborative culture.

We’re supporting our client in hiring a Finance Systems Manager to lead their core financial systems function and manage a team of six.

You’ll shape the finance technology strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the smooth operation of the firm’s 3E system.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance systems function
• Manage 3E system configuration, data structures and reporting
• Coordinate updates and rollouts through structured change management
• Act as the go-to liaison between finance, IT and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
• Support the Finance Director with project work and data insights

Skills & Experience

• Experience with 3E and Intapp
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent SQL and Excel skills
• Able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical colleagues
• Understanding of finance processes within a law firm
