Description of the role:

• Overseeing and managing a varied caseload.
• Leading, mentoring and coaching Legal Advisors.
• Delivering team meetings, providing coaching and conducting performance reviews.
• Monitoring both team and company performance and implementing strategies.
• Building strong relationships across the business and teams.

About you:

• Experience of working within Private Client Law.
• Excellent communication skills and delivering an outstanding client service.
• Dedicated to supporting, mentoring and developing a team.
• Driven to support the team in achieving daily, monthly and yearly targets.
