Lead Operational Projects - Oversee and manage L&BI operations projects, ensuring progress, mitigating risks, and delivering within budget and timelines. Optimise Data & Technology - Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging analytics, AI solutions, and legal spend management tools to drive efficiency. Enhance Knowledge & Training - Develop and manage centralised knowledge repositories, supporting ongoing training through L&BI's Academy. Enable Insights & Reporting - Use data analytics to extract insights, measure effectiveness, and support decision-making across legal operations. A strategic thinker with project management experience and strong organisational skills. A technology enthusiast with a passion for driving efficiency through legal tech solutions. A clear communicator who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. A proactive problem solver, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements. Experience with PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, and other legal analytics tools is a plus.
