Legal PA (1:1) - Real Estate law for a leading Music, Media & Entertainment law firm.

Working on a 1:1 basis for a Partner who specialises in all aspects of buying and selling Residential and Commercial properties, both freehold and leasehold in Central London as well as country properties

• Extensive Diary Management
• Preparing documentation
• Preparing files
• Preparing small to mid size development plot sale contract packs
• File matter
• Preparing plot sale contract packs and setting up processes to standardise
• Submitting standard property searches to our search provider

Salary up to £48,000 + 2 day at home !!

Previous experience in Real Estate law and an in-depth knowledge of completing SDLT returns and Land Registry applications and forms.
