Legal PA

We are looking for an organised individual to join our Private Client & Charity team as a Legal PA!

You will be responsible for working closely with the fee earners to deliver exemplary client service.

What we need from you

✔ Excellent writing and communication skills.

✔ Ability to multitask and prioritise.

✔ Flexibility and adaptability.

✔ Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to work independently where required (but with appropriate level of supervision as needed).

✔  Prior experience of being a Legal PA.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as point of contact for clients (internal and external).
• Matter management; including file opening, client inception, risk management and file structure.
• Manage accurate monthly delivery of volume bills and assist with financial housekeeping on all client matters to include billing, WIP management, disbursements and debts.
• Diary management and inbox management.
• Assisting with trial bundles, instructions to counsel, court documentation etc.
• Booking and arranging travel arrangements
• Managing databases/spreadsheets and filing systems.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
• Working closely with the DMA and fee earners to support the departmental meetings where required for both internal and external meetings.
