We’re working with a well-established, independent Scottish law firm to recruit an experienced Legal PA to join their Private Client team in Perth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm known for its work across private client, property, and commercial legal services. You’ll be supporting a busy Partner and working closely with a collaborative and professional team.

• Providing high-level PA and administrative support to a Private Client Partner

• Managing a busy diary and coordinating meetings

• Handling correspondence, reports, and confidential client documentation

• Audio typing and document formatting (letters, wills, presentations, etc.)

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion

• Supporting day-to-day operational efficiency within the team

• 3+ years’ experience in a PA role (ideally within legal or professional services)

• Strong understanding of Private Client work (wills, trusts, executries, etc.)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A highly organised, proactive team player with strong attention to detail

• Confident handling sensitive information with discretion
