Legal PA

My client a leading London Law Firm are looking to hire a Legal PA in their Hamburg, Germany office.

THE POSITION:

• This is an exciting time to join us as our team in Hamburg is growing rapidly, meaning this role will evolve over time.
• During this growth phase, the lawyers you oversee may change, and you will have the opportunity to support other teams and practice groups in the Hamburg office.
• You will be part of a close-knit, supportive, and collaborative team of PAs, and your main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following.
• File and client management
• Document and data management
• Invoice preparation
• Monitoring appointments and deadlines
• Handling judicial and extrajudicial correspondence
• Travel management and appointment coordination
• Billing of travel and entertainment expenses

YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Completed training as a legal assistant or notary public (m/f/d) or legal specialist (m/f/d) is essential
• Ideally, professional experience in an international law firm
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Enjoy working in international, cross-location teams
• Strong organizational skills
