Legal PA – Dispute Resolution – Edinburgh

A large National law firm is keen to bring in an experienced Legal PA to join its friendly close-knit Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh. The main purpose of the role is to help deliver exceptional, proactive and experienced Personal Assistant support to a team of partners and fee earners.

Some of the day-to-day tasks & responsibilities:

• Supporting a team of 20 including 6 partners
• You'll be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support ensuring the smooth running of partners busy schedule
• Client contact
• Audio typed documentation
• Letters and reports

Do you have what it takes to be successful?

• Three years' experience gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level
• Existing experience being a Personal Assistant to a team and not just one Partner/Fee Earner
