Your new company

Based in Wythenshawe, your new company is a successful firm of solicitors who are seeking a Legal Personal Assistant to support the fee earners.

Your new roleAs a Legal PA you will be tasked and responsible for working closely with the Fee Earners, preparing legal documents including court bundles and pleads, contacting clients and taking calls, liaising with solicitors, Counsel and clients, arranging meetings and travel, providing support to the wider team when required. Audio and Copy typing.

What you'll need to succeed

Legal Secretarial experience - all areas of legal specialisms consideredAudio typing 60+wpm and excellent copy typing skills
Proclaim case management experience ideal (not essential)
Use of Digital Dictation (Ideally Big Hand) (Not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT Literate
Professional customer service skills
