Legal PA- 3/2 Hybrid!

We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to work on a permanent, full-time basis at one of our brilliant City law firms we are partnered with. The role will be working in the Family team and you must have previous experience in this practice area.

You will be working Monday to Friday 9:30-17:30 and they offer great hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. They are based near Holborn and are paying a competitive salary plus benefits!

Duties include:

• Open new clients and matters.
• Invoicing, disbursements and billing.
• Audio typing and drafting correspondence.
• House styling of documents.
• Inbox, diary and travel management.
• General secretarial task and administration.

Skills required:

• Previous experience in a law firm and strong family experience.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time keeping skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional client care.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Typing speed of 65WPM.
• Strong document skills.
