Prestigious international law firm seeks a Legal PA to join their growing Litigation team in Cheltenham on a permanent basis.

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

• Support Lawyers with marketing and BD activities
• Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
• Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
• Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
• Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
• Assist with BD pitches
• Assist Lawyers in the billing and credit control process

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

• Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience within a law firm
• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
• Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
