An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary/PA to join one of the City's most prestigious US law firms.

You'll be part of a dynamic team, supporting fee earners from Partner through to Trainee in a true 360° role that will keep your skills sharp and varied. This is an award-winning department with a collaborative, high-performance culture and the perfect place to thrive.

Your role

You'll enjoy a broad and engaging mix of duties, including:

• Complex diary management, meetings & conference calls
• Travel booking & itinerary preparation
• Document creation, proofreading & amendments
• Email/document management
• Monthly client billing coordination
• File opening, due diligence & client ID liaison
• Organising internal & external business development events: approvals, catering, invites, RSVPs, supplier payments & on-the-day support

About you

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/PA within a law firm (US firm background ideal, but not essential)
• Competition experience preferred, but backgrounds in Corporate, Private Equity, Finance, Litigation, Disputes or Restructuring will also be considered
• Proactive, organised and confident with excellent communication skills
