Legal PA - Corporate Energy - Paying up to £48.5k + 2 days WFH

My Client, a Global Law firm, who boast over 70 offices across the world and have at least 13,000 employees, seek a Legal PA to support their award-winning Corporate Energy department.

The role is supporting Partners and Fee Earners, who require particular support with extensive travel arrangements, diary and email management and Business Development.

• Based in Liverpool Street
• Hybrid working is 3 days in the office and 2 from home
• Paying up to £48.5k

Duties

• Managing Fee Earner's diaries
• Manage fee earners' and own inbox, ensuring that the Client/mater related emails are dealt with promptly
• Arranging global travel
• Anticipates the needs of both internal and external Clients, responds to expectations and adds value by ensuring the Client experiences the highest quality of service
• Document processing; creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading
• Liaising with Clients and knowing when to action urgent matters; following up on matters

Candidates must have at least 2 years experience of working within a Law firm, supporting their own allocation - or in a Hub setting.
