An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and proactive Legal PA to join a prestigious international Law firm, based in stunning offices in the City of London.

This is a fantastic role for a confident and experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to support a dynamic Employment Law team at the top of their game.

?? The Role:

As a Legal PA, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to fee earners, including:

• Complex diary and travel management
• Preparing legal documents, reports and presentations
• Managing inboxes and handling correspondence
• Client liaison and onboarding support
• Organising meetings, agendas and taking minutes
• Time recording, billing and expense management

?? What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in a similar PA or Legal Secretary role within a law firm
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and confident with legal systems and Microsoft Office
