I am currently working with a highly regarded international law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their expanding Finance team in a brand-new, permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a proactive and varied support role, likely working with two senior Partners, where you'll play an integral part in their practice success.

??? What You'll Be Doing:

As Legal PA, you'll take full ownership of key administrative and client support duties, including:
?? Complex diary and email management
?? Document creation, editing, and proofing
?? Coordinating meetings and international travel
?? Supporting billing and matter management
?? Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
?? Managing confidential documents with efficiency and discretion
