Working in their Private Funds team, this Legal Secretary/PA role is mainly supporting two Co-Heads and up to 3 others who are all incredibly easy to get along with and keen for you to get involved as much as possible. With that in mind, excellent Secretarial and PA skills are required as you navigate your working day and main duties will include:

• Diary and email management
• Organising meeting and travel arrangements
• Copy typing and digital dictation
• Preparation of draft emails and correspondence
• Processing expenses on Chrome River
• Assisting with Billing/Finance tasks
• Updating Interaction with client contact details
• Handling client queries
• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
• Amending and formatting agreements/documents as required
