Are you a skilled Legal PA with a background in top-tier City or US law firms? Have you got experience supporting at a high level (head of Department) in a fast-paced environment?

We're proud to be partnered with a prestigious US law firm that's known for its supportive culture and commitment to providing exceptional client care. They're currently seeking a proactive, robust, and pragmatic Legal PA to join their Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive diary and inbox management
• Supporting with travel arrangements
• Opening new clients and matters
• Handling billing and time recording
• Finance-related tasks
• Preparing and amending legal documents
• Client liaison

What we're looking for:

• 7 to 15 years' experience as a Legal PA in a top City or US law firm
• A positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional manner
• Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
