What You'll Be Doing:

As a trusted Legal PA, you'll provide seamless support to Partners, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings
• Coordinating international travel arrangements
• Screening calls and handling correspondence
• Opening new matters and preparing legal documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Legal PA in a Magic Circle or top-tier international law firm
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
